Loan Types

DSCR

DSCR financing is a type of long term financing (10-30 year) that is qualified based upon the property's ability to cashflow. This product is available for 1-8 unit property's and can include STR income.

Mixed Use

A type of DSCR financing that allows for both commercial and rental space in one property, available for 2-8 unit properties.

Fix and Flip

This is a type of short term financing (6-36 months) that allows you to rehab a property to either rent or sell. We do accept first time investors. 

Commercial Term

Commercial term loans allow for a 8+ unit property to be financed on long term financing, typically 25 years at 75% LTV.

Bridge

This is similar to the fix and flip program without the rehab aspect, it is used to bridge the sale from one property to another or to stabilize a property that is being purchased.

Commercial Bridge

Commercial bridge loans allow for an unleased property to be stabilized and act as a bridge between the purchase and term financing.
